Rad Ray Cannons by Gil Kane

Okay, here's an easy, breezy, lemon squeezy non-prize just wait'n for ya.  The second cannon is from True magazine (see it in glorious wayback vision sometime), but where's the first cannon from?  Hint:  the operator of the first cannon is not only three times bigger than the troops on the second cannon, he's a super-genius
