Iron Man VS The Sub-Mariner by Jack Kirby






They like to tell us Gene Colan got the flu, and Jack had to step in and finish this great slugfest, but I'm think'n this brawl was so epic that Gene got injured just draw'n it

    One of my favorite Kirby battles. This was the Marvel Age of Comics at its' peak.

    I also love that Judo was always the go-to as a means of defense. Thant and "maneuvers," as in "Bucky, Maneuver 2-b, quickly."
