Doc Steel by Jack Kirby

Jack did a slew of illos for the action figures of Jim's P.A.C.K., and this is far and away my fav (reminds me of Sonny Sumo from The Forever People)

    True dat....unfortunately, Kirby did not draw Bulletman (as far as I know)
