Looks like it came from a pic of Paul Newman, but fanzines back then were done out of love, nobody was paid, and only a few people got to even see it. Adkins was a fanzine star from what I've seen and he clearly did the work with care, not with the cynicism that some guy looking for likes that tries to pass off someone else's work as his own. I still like the way he drew, even though it can be a fun game to guess the source.
