It was an attempt by a guy in Texas to compete with The Buyers' Guide, ostensibly mostly ads. Second ish was all newsprint, but it only ran for four issues (letter size) that I know of. Smith was "art director" which means the empty spaces were filled in with his drawings, some with verses attached. Pretty weird little tangent for Smith,
