So, Jack did this great cover for Mister Miracle #5, with the super escapist (er, escape artist) voluntarily trapped in a massive metal coffer and traveling on the murder machine conveyor belt of Virman Vundabar at his secluded death trap.  Uh, all well and good, but look at the massive hammers ready to pelt Scott Free, and again the hammers on an interior panel.  Then, the unthinkable happened, as it often did with the editors, and Neal Adams was told to change the hammers to an axe (bounces right off titanium) a sword (deflects right off titanium) and an atomic bomb (wipes everything out for miles around).  What the....
