Seven Samurai by Jack Kirby










 Just saw the first image, so I flashed to onea my all-time fav movies, and then I had to stick in my favorite Gulacy  image

    Or maybe even two of your favorite movies - Seven Samurai, and Throne of Blood, which is where that picture of Toshiro Mifune came from.

      Yikes! (and thank you) As you know, my memory is the worst, and I thought that this picture was on a flyer for the CU campus theater's showing of Seven Samurai. If, for some strange reason, my recollection is correct, the film staff may have mixed it up with Throne of Blood, since the two movies are both (from a bazillion) Toshiro Mifune flicks. The more likely scenario, obviously, is that I garbled my memories from 1974. As Master Splinter(TMNT) once said, "What you know is dangerous to your enemy. What you think you know is dangerous to yourself." Irregardless, I luv that scene
