Back Cover Beauties







Thanks to Alec, who commented on Swamp Thing Librarian and reminded me of the great back cover of Maz'n World of DC #6 (I've also included a latter Swamp Thing by Berni Wrightson that reminds me of this).  While I was at it, wanted to put up the Hawkman by Joe Kubert that covered the backside of Maz'n World #1, and back covers of Gosh Wow! #3 by George Metzger and Gosh Wow! #2 by Wally Wood

    That second image is from Wrightson's The Monsters: Color the Creature book from 1974. He later colored that one (and a few others) when he sold the original art:
