Daredevil #6 Cover by Wally Wood


The pencils weren't just flipped, were they?  Methinks the published cover was an entirely new drawing

    Well, Mr. Fear is right-handed in the story, and wears the holster for his gun on his right hip, so, yeah, I think that Woody's final version probably did look more or less like that sketch, and was flipped after completion.

      Thanks, that makes much more sense, the pencils must've just been tightened up before the flip
