    The robot looks an early version of the one from the Wrightson story in the last issue of Epic Illustrated, "They Just Fade Away," which was dated 1977 on the splash page, but finally published in 1986. Apparently, that was one story that took a long time to get just the way he wanted it.

      Yeah, that's up on here somewhere (maybe search Epic), but I'm going to put up the whole story someday soon, and this will be an excellent lead-in, so thankyuh....thankyuhverymuch
