Well, no, not exactly, you may be confabulating two different Conan paintings in your mind. The pyramidal composition is typical of Frazetta as seen in his covers for Conan the Buccaneer and Conan the Warrior, but the pose of the hero holding a guy above his head about to fling him down is familiar from John Duillo's cover for Conan the Wanderer.
