This is one of my favorites of Wrightson's DC covers. A beautiful twist on a famous Norman Rockwell painting, "The New Television Set", SATURDAY EVENING POST cover, Nov 5th 1949 issue. Where a cheerful guy looks up at the worker on his roof, installing his first TV antenna.
Thanks! Always dug Norman Rockwell, but I had no idea about Berni's homage. This will always be onea my favs. I remember when I matted this cover onto black paper and made it the first page in my Wrightson binder
