I always thought this was a great paperback cover, and then I saw...

this original blows me away--too bad Roy didn't like it (shades of Frazetta!)

this original possible cover wasn't half bad either

and I don't even know if this would have been Kull, but the dead guy in front of the throne makes me think yes
