    Just be glad you're not his landlord. The place was a mess by the time he moved out.

    Yeah, reminds me of a wreck'n ball of a nephew I have. One time he had to shower at my place, and he said not to be alarmed, but I would probably hear things falling a lot...and I appreciated the warning
