Boo! Bullseye by Jack Kirby

Although I've put up quite a few images of Bullseye, I know next to nothing about him.  But this pencil from Kirby Unleashed leads me to think the character might be a western version of the Spirit or the Crow, that is, a hero who might have an advantage over the bad guys cuz he's already dead...spooky...am I full of beans again?  Please emboo--er, embiggen
