It's obviously I who am grateful, Boss. What a stunning gallery. Here's something you may know about: One of Wrightson's earliest DC jobs was the Weird Mystery 100 Page Super-Spectacular. It was all reprints, divided by category into sections. Wrightson did an intro page for each section, probably the first time he did that.
ReplyDeleteWow, no, I dinnae know that! The cover on the spectacular was awesome, but I never got the mag, and I've always consoled myself that I could see the cover anytime. This sounds like a big part of intros part deux
