Mister Miracle (From The Masterworks Portfolio?) by Jack Kirby

This is a long-running mystery to me.  Twenty- two years ago, John Morrow (who certainly knows about a thousand times more about Kirby than I do) said this was in Masterworks.  About seven years ago, I got a copy of Masterworks (finally!), and it's not there.  The only Mister Miracle in my Masterworks is a beautiful print of the unused cover to MM #7.  If you can shed some light, please holla
