Love the Kirby City-Scapes! I just wish I could find the name of the guy with the tall hat and staff in the first image because I really dig the design and would love to see more of it, and it seems "Atlas" isn't any easy title to find.
Atlas was a one-shot, and I'll try and get more of Kirby's Atlas images posted (or re-posted). The guy with the tall hat and staff was called Hyssa, and he would have been one of Jack's greatest villians if Atlas had gone forward. Too bad you're just looking, because Atlas used to be one of those throw-away comics in the quarter bins, but I'm sure it's still fairly cheap on ebay. Kinda weird to me, since it's one of Jack's best, I think. Oh, yeah, I agree that there's nothing quite like the rush of looking at Kirby's downtown NYC in the sixties.
