Never really thought about it til now, but I only have 2 trad'n cards by Wally- this, and The Spirit. Weird, cause onea my major geek-outs at the end of last century was trad'n cards, probly a three-way tie with Steranko, Wrightson, and Jack Kirby. I got the 2nd series Kaluta cards because they were full of angel art I couldn't find anywhere else ( I presume they were for some RPG outfit} and the Kirby set with the animation art for the same reason. Every so often I think of getting binders and sleeves so they aren't so awkward to look through.
ReplyDeleteYeah, I have stacks in a drawer-don't even recall some until I start flip'n through. Once had card sleeves and binders, but my son got into sports trad'n cards, and I pulled all my stuff out and gifted him

DeleteWow, thanks! I'd seen exactly one of those before (out of I lost count), and yeah, a big part of my Kirby stacks were the unpublished archives of animation cards
