Barbaric Barry And Bob

At first thought, Barry Smith and Bob Kline may seem like an odd couple (The Odd Couple was a fav TV show when it came along.  I, natch, was the slob character.), but the two have a lotta similarities for me.  They came into my comic consciousness at the same time, 1970, and I instantly fixated on their art for no real explainable reason ("it's way cool").  I've never waivered on either one since then, and I'm always thrilled to see sump'n sump'n new to me by them.  These two images, in particular, had to be posted together.  In a stack of loose pieces of paper on the floor of my closet, they were one after the other in the middle of the stack, and besides both sport'n horned helmets and swords, I honestly don't recall if I've put them up before
