Who Is This Is? by Gil Kane

At first glance, I took it for Gullivar Jones, or maybe the Flamehorse rider, but I kinda am clueless.  If you know, please tell me.  Whoever it is, well done, Mr. Kane

    Gulliver still seems like a good guess. Besides Flame Horse guy, I also looked at Chane and older Talos/cat riding guy, but who can know for sure?
