Picked up their reprint of the Kaluta Venus comics a while back. There's a tremendous gulf between the older art and what new Burroughs work they were advertising. Just ordered the new RGK book; I really thought about getting the ltd edition with an original piece of Krenkel art, but I made the boring, safe choice instead.
Thanks for tak'n me back to the Kaluta Venus comics, dug those new covers. I assume you're get'n the Fantastic Art of Roy G. Krenkel. I only have one book, RGK, but you made me itch again with the vague thought of how there's a buncha Krenkel books out there, so next post, I'm gonna finally scratch

DeleteI thought the Krenkle art looks very Art Nouveau
