Love this splash page, and I love the story it begins. But Izaya and Avia are not Orion's actual parents of course, and sadly Orion never meets Avia who is tragically killed only moments after this scene. Is this the wrong page or are you making a point that I'm missing? It's still a great page! Thanks for showcasing it.
ReplyDeleteNo point, just a ding-a-ling who spaced the whole premise of the pact, and I shoulda said Scott Free's mom! sheesh. Yeah, think we may have yakked about it before, that New Gods #7 is my fav, and half the planet's fav, and it had a special place in the hearts of Roz and Jack
