The Mighty World Of Marvel #129 Cover by Jim Steranko


 Great to see a published cover with the original Hulk face by Steranko, but I'm doubt'n the good doctor Banner would have worn red slacks

    The Steranko drawn face appeared in an earlier ish of MWOM #31 as a black and white (with Zipatone) pin-up. You can see it on https://kidr77.blogspot.com/2020/10/hes-nuthin-but-two-faced-hulk.html

      Wow, thanks, Kid! Your post from a year ago is just georgeous, and the zip-a-tone pin-up is a real bonus. Onea our "yank" sayings is "a day late and a dollar short," but I've upped the ante by being a year late and a pin-up short

    A mystery why the face was redrawn. At the size of the printed cover and angle, who'd notice?
