One of my favorite Howard stories of all time. Kane did an outstanding job with the art. It is one of those stories you can re-read every few years and totally enjoy.
True dat-kinda like Howard's Pigeons From Hell
For yet another take on the big, bad worm, Richard Corben's first novel-length story, Bloodstar, is largely adapted from this same Howard story.
yep, just search Bloodstar on here for Corb's ultimate depiction of this scene
I'm curious where the Bob Kline art credit comes from. I can't find any mention of it. I've always thought it was all Kane.
Kane just did the one comic whose cover is here. Kline did the first drawing (as well as a buncha REH back in the day)
