September 1967 Cover by Rich Corben

 Not sure, but this wrap-around cover to The Magazine Of Fantasy & Science Fiction may have been the first published Corben.  I can only speak for myself, but I first saw him when Fantagor came out two years later, and I found it on a spinner rack at a head shop.  When I found this Fantasy SF mag at a used bookstore decades later, it almost fell apart at my touch.  The last image is what I have left of my copy.  The wrap-around cover seems pretty ground-breaking for 1967, but what I dig is the tiny insides of the spaceship, and the asteroids seem to be crumpled paper (?) and airbrush
