Totally Wally Wood Too

The second issue was the weakest artistically to me, so it was only great-great.  I'm calling these totally because of the Total War title, but this issue showed the greatest use of diverse hands, and some a those hands were not very talented.  I left out most of that, I think, but Wally really shines when it's purer Wood
