    Aside from the Esteban Maroto Luana that appeared in Vampirella, I think there was a comic produced by Russ Manning as a promotion.

    And I guess you know that the seventh image you have up is actually a Neal Adams drawing, colored by Richard Corben used as a teaser on the back cover of Vampi #30.
