Lord Of Blood by Jim Steranko




What can I say? 1970 was a very good year for fans of Steranko (and Kirby, and Barry Smith, and Wally Wood, and Ditko, and Wrightson, and....).  Frazetta said Jeff Jones had the best covers, but I think Steranko did ahright

    Too bad there are no outstanding artists like those guys working today, in my humble opinion.

    I agree. Part of the fun of the 70's was seeing my favorite Marvel (and DC) artists on paperback covers. God, I miss those days.
