Big-Head Aliens of 2001 by Jack Kirby

Shades of Tana Nile(Rigel)!  At least on the splash page, these guys were very reminiscent of the Rigellians in the old Thor comics.  This is one of the few times I found Jack's cover to be weaker than the splash, or the interior scene that led to a cover.  Kirby almost always hit us strongest on the cover
