wow. Just saw this ad for The Champion #7 fanzine in ANOTHER fanzine, and I'm lov'n that it had a Fantucchio I'd never seen, but acourse I want moremoremore. Here's the other SG on here from the wayback, when I thought Steranko came up with him. If I'm read'n right, though, Big John created this guy, and I'm hoping he's as abundant as Mysterious Hero. Space Guardian was created and drawn by Champion publisher Bob Cosgrove ( I think). Steranko also did covers of Martin Greim's Defender for the Comic Crusader and Bill Black's Shade for Paragon # 4, which featured all of them in a story by their creators.
