The red one is the ad on back of an RBCC. Weird thing is, this image is not in the fanzine Anomaly 2

Stained Glass Conan by Berni Wrightson
This is up under Every Conan Ever by Berni, but I've tried to focus it better (#focusfail). Saw it almost two decades back, when I was just discover'n this internet stuff, and back then it was up under Comicart-L, which I believe became Comic Art Fans. Anyhoo, I cannae find it anywhere, and would love to see it with some clarity, if anyone can hook a Cap'n up

1977 Calendar Poster by Frank Frazetta
Ton of Conan The Destroyer (and the original Buccaneer) on here, but this poster from the first Fritz calendar is che cool. Not only is it biggerbetterfasterstronger (please embiggen), but it's the first time we saw this revised painting. Course the World Beater poster wasnae far behind it, but this calendar came out in the summer of 76. Cool thing about the 1977 calendar, if you have it, is it is now good for 2022

Hawks From The Sea Cover by Barry Smith
As my old wingman Denny useta say, "Are those big enough for ya, Cap'n?" Why, yes, so embiggen, please. Almost as nice as when I first saw Conan #24 on the spinner rack

Pools by Jeff Jones and Frank Frazetta
Someone else may have commented long ago about this (as I say, so broke I cannae even pay attention), but I just noticed the resonance of Jeff's crashed shuttle in his haunting Alien to Fritz's Spiderman

Veteran's Day by Wally Wood
When I looked up Veteran's Day, turns out it's today probably because the Armistice for World War I was signed in the eleventh hour on the eleventh day of the eleventh month. Both Wally and Jack Kirby were vets, and I post a lotta Kirby on Memorial Day, but also Jack had some amaz'n unpublished covers, and this unused cover always makes me scratch my head about Harvey editors. Sounds like Harvey also blew it with Steranko (still pining for Super Agent X)
Jabba The Dragon by Jeff Jones
I'm not say'n this dragon's fat, but when he lays around the house, he lays AROUND the house. He can be seen from outer space on Google Maps. He has his own zip code. His phone is a movie screen. His blood type is Ragu. I used a tank of gas just to get on his good side. Buying himself a belt caused the extinction of another species of cows (his belt size, by the by, is equator)
