Get The Point? by Berni Wrightson


Today I learned Wrightson had to retire yesterday, and tonight I watched Brent Musburger announce his last game (Kentucky over Georgia  in overtime).  For almost fifty years, these two have been a big part of my "fan" leisure time.  There is no joy in Mudville today.  I got the blues

Wow.  This was auctioned by Sotheby's in 1994 (I say this insteada these because it's two sides of the same canvas), but it was done in 1983.  So it either took 34 years or only 23 years for me to see it, but either way, it was worth the wait
