The guy with the tall hat and staff was called Hyssa, and he would have been one of Jack's greatest villians if Atlas had gone forward. Too bad you're just looking, because Atlas used to be one of those throw-away comics in the quarter bins, but I'm sure it's still fairly cheap on ebay. Kinda weird to me, since it's one of Jack's best, I think.
